Cooking: the Books!

I hope to (gradually) compile a list of my (many) favourite cookbooks.

It may be an author/cook/chef  whose work I particularly admire, or it may be a foodie "theme".

I suppose there will be times when they overlap, and you may find a favourite author/chef  featured in the "themed" cooking.

Cooks/Chefs

Ballymaloe Cookbooks - although written by two super cooks, Darina Allen and her daughter-in-law Rachel Allen, I feel that these books belong here, as it their combined skills and style that really sum up the Ballymaloe House experience.

Ina Garten - a great favourite of mine.  Have a look at her lovely books.

Lorraine Pascale - a recent discovery.  Two great books, and I'm looking forward to more in the future, do check my post on her books.
